School Cleaner

 

We require a caring, responsible, person to work with our team of friendly, hardworking Cleaners with immediate effect.

 

This is a shared role with 3 other Cleaners, to maintain a high level of cleanliness within classrooms, corridors, offices, the staffroom and toilets. Duties involve, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning of washroom areas, tables, chairs, sinks etc.

 

The hours are 12.50 per week x 47 weeks per year

Temporary working pattern to support additional hygiene measures during

covid-19 pandemic: 3.00pm – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

(normal working pattern: 5.00pm - 7.30pm Monday - Friday)

 

Your actual salary will be £9.81 per hour (Level 2), 47 weeks per year.

VACANCY

MIDDAY ASSISTANT (Temporary)

 

To start as soon as possible

 

We are looking to appoint a reliable, friendly and motivated temporary Midday Assistant to join our hardworking and valued lunchtime team.

 

The role will be to assist the children during lunchtime and to provide playground support and supervision, including basic medical care where necessary. You will be working both inside and outside the school buildings and you will need to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children and demonstrate organisation, patience & understanding. Training, including basic first aid, will be provided.

 

The hours are 7 ½ hours per week (11.45am – 1.15pm) each day), term time only. 

Salary is: £10.01 per hour. Temporary 1 year fixed-term contract.
