'Preparation Skills' Curriculum
To prepare our learners of today for tomorrow's world we have developed our own ‘Preparation Skills’ curriculum. This curriculum aims to build children’s awareness of certain skills and attributes that will help them as they progress through life and education. To ensure a consistent approach and holistic development, ten skills have been developed in a progressive format. These skills are embedded into our school ethos through our REACH values and knowledge curriculum. A whole school approach ensures that these skills are introduced in EYFS and continually revisited and developed throughout KS1.
