Remote Learning - School Closures and Isolation Periods

If the school is required to close, is only open for specific groups of pupils or your child is required to isolate from school, we will provide you with access to 'remote learning' via School PING. In this correspondence you will receive an overview document outlining the expected learning for that week which reflects the learning taking place in class. In KS1 you will be required to access Purple Mash (passwords are in the front of the reading and communication book). There will be opportunities in EYFS (via Tapestry) and in KS1 (via Purple Mash and email) to submit learning to the teachers and to receive feedback.

General Home Learning Resources

Please find below a range of resources and sites to support your child's ongoing learning at home. We send home different types of homework from EYFS to Year 2 and the resources below are intended to support this. If your child is required to isolate from school but is fit and well we will send you 'remote learning' via School PING. You can of course access any of this material too.

Year 2 Opportunities for Home Learning

Here are some opportunities to consolidate Year 2 learning:-

Lockdown Mar - Jul 2020 Learning

The content below was devised during the lockdown and partial school closure period from March - July 2020. Here you will find a variety of home learning opportunities and links to learning videos to support learning from Reception to Year 2. Feel free to dip into these resources should you wish to support your child's learning further, or if there is something particular you think they might need a little extra help with. You might just want to see Mrs Clements delivering singing assembly! We have no current plans to remove this content.
