We recognise that from time to time things may be difficult at home for a variety of reasons and we are here to help, if we can, or to signpost to a service that can offer support. We believe that early identification and support are vital in helping to minimise the negative impact on children.

As a team, we meet and feedback to each other regularly, in order to safeguard and support the children and families of Chalkwell Infants. Whilst some of work is directly with children and families, we also liaise with other agencies, including Social Care and the Early Help Family Support service and other support agencies.

If you have any concerns about your child, you can contact any member of the team via the school office, telephone or email.

If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of any child, please do not hesitate to contact Ms Milbank, the DSL, or any of the Deputy DSLs.
