I’m Miss Bonas and this is my second year working at Chalkwell. I’m very lucky to be surrounded by such a lovely and supportive team! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, walking my dog and baking yummy treats!

Mrs N. Halloran

Class Teacher

My name is Mrs Halloran and this is my first year teaching at Chalkwell Infants. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful and supportive team. I am really enjoying my journey so far and am looking forward to seeing my class grow and blossom. 

Outside of school I have two boys and a dog that keep me busy. I am Level Three qualified in British Sign Language and I am currently co-chair of a charity that organises events for deaf children across Essex. If I have any spare time left I love to read.

Class Teacher  & Year 1 Leader

I joined Chalkwell Hall Infants in 2007 as a student teacher and I have been lucky enough to teach in all three year groups during my time here. I love the community and family feel that Chalkwell Infants has and love how our ethos and vision is truly embedded in all we do. It is great to be part of your children’s learning journey and it is wonderful to see your children develop and grow during their time with us. When I am not working I am mum to three children and spend the vast majority of my time running them around to their clubs and hobbies, but when I do find time for myself I like to spend it in the garden and reading.

Mrs S. Bygrave

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

I’m Mrs Bygrave and I was lucky enough to join the lovely family that is Chalkwell Infants, as an HLTA, in 2018. I have previous experience locally in the same role, in both KS1, KS2 and as an Early Years Practitioner. I love the opportunity of getting to know all of the children in the year group and watching them flourish. 

Outside of school I enjoy music, sport and walking, filling the rest of my time keeping a close eye my two teenagers and my dog Frankie!
