You must report your child's absence by 9:20am AND you must contact us every day when your child is absent for more than one day.

You need to provide the following details:-

• Child's Name
• Child's Class
• Reason for absence.

You can do this by either:-

phone - ring 01702 478533, choose option 1 and leave the details on the answerphone after the beep

or

email Mrs Cooper - attendance@chalkwellhallinfants.co.uk
