Mrs D. Dorne
I began working at Chalkwell Hall Infant school in 2004 when my youngest of four children began in the Junior school.
I have worked in schools, nursery school settings and community centres for numerous years alongside being a registered childminder and a foster care provider.
Along with English Literature, sociology, drama and child psychology A levels I have two level 3's in child care and education and classroom assistant and have completed the level 3/4 Learning Mentor training.
Mrs S. Elliott
I have been working as an LSA at Chalkwell Hall Infants since 2016. I am a qualified sports coach and I run a number of clubs before and after school. In my spare time I enjoy coaching several junior and adult netball teams. I love playing netball, going to the gym, running and spending time with my family.
Mrs L. Alsop
I have been working at Chalkwell Hall Infants as an LSA since 2018 following several years being involved as a parent helper and with the PTA. I was fortunate to be able to qualify as an LSA whilst volunteering at Chalkwell. I am passionate about the early years curriculum and love watching the new intake develop in their first year in ‘big school’.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, going to Belfairs Wood and watching movies.

Mrs J. Sandell
Hello I’m Mrs Sandell and I am an LSA in the treehouse. I have recently joined the school and am excited to be part of the team here at Chalkwell Infants. I have background experience in health and social care and am looking forward to this new chapter in my life. Outside of school I enjoy running, bike rides and taking my two children on adventures to parks and the woods.
